Credit Card Payment

• A 2% convenience fee will be accessed on all credit card payments used to satisfy any invoice that paid is 5 days or more past original invoice date.

The convenience fee may be tax deductible for business. For an individual expense, taxpayers may deduct the fee as a “miscellaneous itemized deduction” on Form 1040, Schedule A. The deduction may be subject to the 2 percent limit, no claims to this rule is expressly made from this site and we strongly advise consultation with your licensed tax preparer professional.

Exchanges:

Allowed if merchandise is in re-sellable condition with no additional markings. 0-30 days of invoice date for full credit less applicable shipping charges.

In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as functional damage, shortage or miss-pick, please call Universal Imports FL  (888) 646-5010  within 5 days of receipt.

With ACHQ™ Echeck you simply enter your payment information into our EFT software, press a continue button and the information is processed via the ACH Network. Transactions are deducted from business and customer's accounts and are deposited into UIFL's corporate account.

Data Security and Protection

As a merchant UIFL, we are assigned a unique Merchant ID, Gate ID, and Gate Key. This is not login information since a login is not necessary to collect check data for processing. These 3 fields simply ensure the unique identification of us as an approved merchant by the SpeedChex Gateway so funds will be deposited to the correct merchant account.

It is impossible for a hacker to use the SpeedChex EasyLink API to extract money from the merchant’s account. This tool is designed solely to collect and deliver a customer’s bank account information to the SpeedChex Gateway for processing.

All transaction data sent from the customer’s web browser through the SpeedChex EasyLink API is secured during transmission using 128-bit SSL encryption verified by Comodo Class 3 Security Services. All data received by the gateway is stored on servers that are protected by a state-of-the-art firewall system and restricted physically to authorized personnel only.

All information submitted as part of your application for credit, together with any accompanying financial statements, schedules, or other materials, is submitted for the purpose of credit prequalification and is warranted to be true, correct, and complete.

If applying for business credit, you acknowledge and affirm that one or more applicants identified is/are the business owner(s) and is/are personally liable for the business.

You also warrant that by submitting this application for credit, any individual identified above who is either a principal, a personal guarantor, or a sole proprietor of the credit applicant, recognizing that his or her individual credit history may be a factor in the evaluation of the application for credit, is authorizing inquiry into their creditworthiness, including but not limited to obtaining a consumer credit report, and shall hold Universal Imports FL, Universal Funding LLC, its assignees, agents, or nominees harmless from same.

You understand that such investigation may include seeking information as to the background, credit, and financial responsibility of your officers and principals (or any of them) if applicable.

The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into the binding contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
 

If for any reason your application for credit is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial. To obtain the statement, please write to us at the following address within 60 days from the date you are notified of our decision and we will send you a written statement of reasons for the denial of credit within 30 days of receiving your request for the statement...
