Shipping Policy
Please be assured that stocked items will be processed for shipment as soon as purchased. You will be contacted when non-stocked items and special order items are ready to ship.
All parcels are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or LTL Drop Shipped.
Minimum orders $300. Free Shipping may apply in certain circumstances !!
All LTL shipments are shipped using best freight price. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Policy Addendum:
All Deliveries must be made within the contiguous United States, and are shipped UPS Ground (some exceptions) All shipments are based off UPS's shipping charts by weight. Products unable to ship UPS, like certain furniture and over-sized items, have a reasonable delivery charge. Shipping charges for over-sized items are $66.95 for orders under $410, or a flat 16.30% for orders over $410 plus a per shipment fuel surcharge of $7.80 will also apply. Assessed Fee: $0.92 fee per $100.00 of the order value general service charge will apply.
Where do we ship to?
We ship to the lower 48 United States.
Where do we NOT ship to?
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders placed with PO Boxes as the Delivery Address will be placed on hold and therefore delayed as we attempt to contact you for a street address.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that are UPSable orders will arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
This, however, is not a guarantee of delivery within that time frame as occasionally a local warehouse may be out of stock and we need to ship from a warehouse a little further away.
Orders that contain items that have Bulk Discount Pricing may need to ship directly from a manufacturer via common carrier. This means it may take longer than the standard 1 to 3 business and may take up to 7-14 business days. If you require an order sooner please contact us before ordering so we can check stock at our local warehouse.
Orders that are Non-UPSable will ship via common carrier.

How do we ship? Most products ship UPS ground from a warehouse nearby.
Items purchased in Bulk and Non UPS able items will ship via common carrier.
Shipping Details
Same-day UPS shipping (non-furniture) for Orders placed before 1:00 pm (your local time).
Most order will deliver in 1 to 3 business days. Because of stock issues, on occasion an order will need to be shipped from a warehouse other than the one closest to you. This can cause a delay in delivery by a few days. This does not affect when it is shipped, just that it may take a few more days to get to you.
Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
Common Carrier Deliveries to Business Addresses:
Common Carrier deliveries are dock to dock or Tailgate only and do not include lift gate and inside delivery without extra charge (when needed).
Drivers will bring your delivery to the rear of the truck but it is your responsibility from that point forward.Common Carrier deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time. We can request that the delivery company call you before delivery. Someone must be available during normal weekday business hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm) to accept and sign for the delivery as a signature is required.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading. It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery. If there is severe damage please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time. It is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials.
We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit that do not have all original packaging.
Common Carrier Deliveries to Home Addresses:
